Rotary Calciner Introduction:
Rotary Kiln refers to the revolving calcinating kiln(namely revolving kiln), which is mainly applied for calciation of clinker, refratory materials, bauxite, aluminium oxide, hematite, limestone, dolomite and other materials.
Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime
kiln according to different materials.
Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used
for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in
aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
Rotary kiln is the main equipment of calcining the cement clinker. The characteristics of a rotary kiln are with
simple structure, convenient and reliable control of the producing process,with little wearing parts and high
running rate. It is the equipment calcining the high grad cement in the cement factory. The rotary kiln is widely used in the metallurgy,chemical industry,construction and other industries.
Features of Rotary Calciner :
1) The rotary kiln is an inclined rotary cylinder, the raw material enter the cylinder through the high end of the machine,then move in with the movement of of the rotary kiln. Therefore, the rotary kiln is a conveying equipment.
2) Rotary kiln is a combustion device.
3) Rotary kiln has the function of heat exchange.
4) Rotary kiln has the chemical reaction function.
5) The rotary kiln has the function of degrading and re-using the waste.
